The right move in a new shell is to plan rack before the first pallet arrives. We draw the layout from the building plans so rows, aisles and dock staging are set before you sign off on equipment.

Making 1980s Flex Space Work

Older stock includes Brandon Commerce Center on N Falkenburg Road, built in 1984, and the First Park at Brandon flex buildings at Causeway Blvd and S Falkenburg Road bordering I-75. These buildings run lower clear heights and smaller bays.

In that stock, shelving and mezzanines often do more than tall rack. Where you palletize, we size selective rack to the real clear height and keep aisles matched to your trucks.

Last-Mile and Service Distribution

Brandon's last-mile and service operations need fast access more than deep density. We keep high-turn pallets in selective rack near the doors and reserve denser systems for the slow movers in the back of the building.

What We Measure Before Quoting

Pallet length, depth, height and loaded weight come first, along with how many pallets you hold per SKU. Those numbers set beam spacing and capacity.

Forklift lift height and turning radius decide usable beam levels and aisle widths. A photo of the truck's data plate answers most of it.

You get a CAD layout with pallet positions and capacities in writing, so a new spec suite and an older flex bay can be compared on the same terms.

Measured, Drawn, Installed in Phases

We record clear height, columns and door positions, then draw the building to scale. Installs are phased around your receiving hours so routes keep leaving on time.

When you outgrow the layout, rows extend and levels move. The first drawing leaves room for the next phase.
