Selective Pallet Racking
Selective pallet racking fitted with wire decking across each level.
Moving a warehouse is not just moving boxes. The rack holding your inventory has to come apart, travel, and go back up correctly in a building that is laid out differently.
That is the part general warehouse movers often hand back to you. We handle it: inventory of existing rack, a CAD layout for the new space, teardown and labeling, transport coordination and reinstallation.
We relocate pallet rack and storage systems for businesses across Pinellas County, and for those moving across the bay into Tampa or north into Pasco.
There is very little land left to build on in Pinellas. When a manufacturer or distributor outgrows its space, the new building often turns up somewhere unexpected.
A company on Hercules Avenue might land in the Gateway area near St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport. A Largo distributor might move to Pinellas Park along 28th Street N or Park Blvd.
Others head across the Howard Frankland Bridge, the Courtney Campbell Causeway or Gandy Blvd to Westshore or East Tampa, or up US-19 to New Port Richey.
Before a single beam comes down, we inventory the current system. Frame heights and depths, beam lengths, connector styles, decking and accessories are counted and checked for damage.
That list tells us what can move, what should be replaced and what is missing for the new layout.
Damaged uprights or bent beams should not go back up, so we flag them now rather than at reinstall.

Next we draw the destination. Clear height, column spacing, dock doors and your forklift fleet determine where rows can go and how tall they can be.
Taller ceilings in the new space may support an added beam level. A different column grid might call for new frame depths or a shift in aisle direction.
We match your existing components to the new plan and quote any added rack needed to fill it. Our team handles the permit side for you.
Crews dismantle the rack row by row using an agreed labeling scheme. Each frame, beam bundle and accessory is tagged to its place in the new drawing.
We coordinate pickup and delivery windows with your moving company or trucking provider. I-275, US-19, the Bayside Bridge and Ulmerton Road all factor into how a Pinellas move is sequenced.
Material arrives at the new dock in assembly order, so reinstall starts as soon as it is unloaded.
Reinstall follows the CAD drawing: frames set and aligned, beams at the planned elevations, decking and row spacers in place.
If the new building needs more positions than your old system provides, new frames and beams are installed alongside the transferred ones. We match connector styles where possible.
Load capacity signs go up with the finished rack, and your team gets a clean, labeled system ready for inventory.
Most businesses cannot stop shipping for a week. We plan the move in phases so a portion of the old building stays live while the new one comes online.
Fast-moving SKUs can go first into a completed section, with slower stock following. That sequence is worked out on the drawing before the first truck is booked.
